Courier services

All major courier services — Speed Post, DTDC, BlueDart, Delhivery and others — available for pan-India despatch. Every consignment is packed by hand in archival materials appropriate to the item — coins in padded capsule holders, notes in rigid-backed sleeves, stamps in glassine and board. We do not despatch loose.

On request we can use a specific carrier or speed tier — contact us on WhatsApp before placing an order and we will confirm availability and cost.

Insurance & transit risk

High-value consignments are declared at full value and insured for transit. We photograph every package before despatch so the condition of the item at the point of handover is documented. Contact us to discuss insurance cover for a specific piece.

Returns

Each piece is described honestly and photographed to show condition. We are a specialist dealer — if a piece is not as described, contact us within seven days of receipt and we will make it right. Returns are not accepted on the basis of a change of mind once the purchase is confirmed.

For high-value purchases, we recommend viewing in person at the counter before committing — you are welcome to bring a loupe and examine at length, and we will set aside any piece by appointment.
